We do not issue prescriptions for controlled drugs or for purposes not clinically justified by your consultation responses.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be informed of the total cost before completing your purchase.
In the event that your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.
Medications will be packaged discreetly. Someone may need to be available to sign for your delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. If your order has already been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
